Stewardship during public review

Who is holding the work while public review is open?

AI-Bio Synergy Holdings LLC is the current founder steward and project incubator. It keeps the draft, domain, repository, marks, and working materials coordinated while independent governance and fiscal options are evaluated.

The current role

Keep the work coherent without pretending the final structure already exists.

Early public work needs someone to hold the rights, maintain the source record, protect the name, publish drafts, and keep public claims within the review boundary. AI-Bio Synergy Holdings LLC currently performs that role.

That stewardship is temporary by design. It does not give the company permanent control over a future standards body, independent review, certification, affected-party representation, or public-interest governance.

What stewardship covers today

A defined operating role, with visible limits.

01

Protect and maintain

Hold founder-controlled intellectual property, background materials, domains, repositories, and draft records.

02

Publish and reconcile

Keep the public website, public source record, and internal canonical documentation aligned.

03

Coordinate review

Receive public critique, maintain disclosure boundaries, and prepare the project for serious external scrutiny.

04

Plan separation

Evaluate governance, fiscal-host, conflict, and assurance structures that do not depend on founder control forever.

What must remain separate

Money, review, and public claims cannot buy each other.

Why sponsor buttons are off for now

Public funding should wait until the rules are ready.

Common Ground Standard is not currently accepting public sponsorship through GitHub Sponsors or Open Collective. Before a funding link goes live, the project should identify a fiscal pathway, publish allowed uses of funds, state donor limits, define conflicts and approvals, and explain how financial support is kept separate from standards control.

The direction of travel

Build independence in stages, with evidence at each step.

The immediate task is to strengthen the public draft and reviewer experience. Later decisions about fiscal hosting, consortium governance, independent assurance, certification marks, or nonprofit structures should follow documented need, legal review, conflict controls, and explicit public boundaries.

Ask a stewardship question

The public language remains bounded.

Common Ground Standard is a public-review draft incubated by AI-Bio Synergy Holdings LLC while independent governance and fiscal pathways are evaluated. Funding does not buy endorsement, certification, governance control, confidential access, or influence over the standard.
